I've taken a break from a number of things. On the less introverted side, I have not touched my iPod or cell phone (save for necessity) in over a week. I've been trying to stick with the season changes and I am thinking that I might take some pictures with the Lomo that Neef bought me of late fall/early winter in the Salem and Cumberland flats

If it's a real Lomo (the rugged black LC-A) the main thing to know about it is that the 'focus' selector on the side, the little stick with numbers about distances (1.5, 3, 9, inf), is in Meters - not feet! That was a mistake I made when trying to shoot close-ups on early rolls and had a lot of blurry pictures.
If that is the camera, there are only a few small things to know. Beyond that, just shoot. Some of their little toy cameras don't even come with viewfinders!
