Is there a trapspider? I thought it was a trapdoor spider? Is that another name for it? Sorry, *face-palms* I suffer from serious arachnophobia, I tend to get hung up on spider-related topics. Anyway, what I really wanted to say was this was wonderfully hot, and I especially liked the close friendship and affection between them. It all felt very genuine.

There could be! on Cygni Prime, about two feet long? Jim Kirk's allergic to it, just like everything else? Or it could be a Terran trapdoor spider too but come on, there's a whole galaxy of things to invent! the wonderful (disgusting) thing about xenobiology. Thank you, we're glad you liked it :)

That's certainly true; I was kind of forgetting that, sorry. I think my brain just went *eep* over the idea of yet another type of spider to worry about :( Although, seriously, I'm hoping the chances of me ever encountering a trapdoor spider are something like zero. And if there are two foot long spiders in space, I'm with Bones... It'd take someone like Kirk to get me off the planet! ;)
