Hi mods,

Will IP tracking be turned off again? And if so, do you have an estimation of when that might be?

Also, while I am glad to see the current mod team responds to promptly to disturbances, I have to say that turning on IP tracking based on, as far as I'm aware, a grand total of 1 passive agressive and 1 openly insulting comment, gives off uncomfortably ban-happy vibes to me. Maybe there's been spam or additional wank that I wasn't aware of, but that's the impression I got based on the timing. It's made me kind of paranoid, and I suspect other users who prefer their anonymity as well. :(
