Thor thinks that he has very clever and kinda mischievious little brother, he loves him dearly and used to say things like 'i need to ask brother', 'probably my baby brother knows what to do'. the problem is: Thor never has a brother and Loki doesn't exists.

I was wondering if you would be willing to accept a Thor/Loki pairing fill for this lovely prompt. :) An idea came to me but it would be difficult for me to write it as gen.
