Thor and Loki are together, but Thor isn't the only one Loki has slept with. One night Thor catched Loki talking to Sleipnir in the stables and realizes that the horse is Loki's son. He hears Loki say how much he wishes Sleipnir could be free and decides thats exactly what he's going to do. Somehow (up to anon) Thor gets Sleipnir away from Odin. Later Loki and Sleipnir find Thor...and I really just want fluff with Loki hugging Thor with one arm and the other buried in his son's mane or something.

I would love to see this prompt filled :) I've been dying for some father/son loving between Loki and Sleipnir. I like the idea of Thor not knowing too.

This is a beautiful beginning, and I like your take on what they remember from cycle to cycle, or what they forget. I just now found your entry, or I would have commented earlier. I really hope you continue this, it's lovely.

Ahh!!! I can't wait to see more :) Poor Sleipnir! :( Has Odin been yanking on the bit, or tightening the bridle too much? Jerk.

Loki had coped, dealt with it as he had a thousand times before, but everything was different this time. Thor, Sleipnir… Even though he was the son of a god, a horse could only wear a bridle for so long before it started to bite back, rubbing away hair and skin until the area was bloody and swollen with pus ( ... )

The first real cracks of fear shot through him. Odin knew. Thor and Loki had touched in a way that kin should never touch and Odin knew… Without conscious though his hand grasped at Mjolnir and the hammer responded in a manner unprecedented - it shrieked, driving away Odin’s oppressive angry magic. Thunder crackled above Asgard, cutting through the stones in a reverberating wave. Mjolnir had made its way into his hand. Thor stood tall, all submissiveness to the Allfather evaporating in moments. What could Odin do to him now that he had not before? He’d taken Thor’s rights as heir, stripped him of Mjolnir, cast him to Midgard, lied about Loki’s origins, and abandoned Thor to rot until he “learned his lesson.” Thor had lived enough lives now to know that a few days on Midgard and a woman’s fleeting love did not a king make ( ... )

Oh. My. God. This is everything I never knew I wanted in a fill. I was reading this thinking "oh man it'd be so badass if Thor disowns himself, but of course that'll never happen" AND THEN IT DID and everything is beautiful. ♥

In other words: please sir/ma'am, may I have some more? :D

:D YES SO MUCH. I am sorely hoping you'll show the bit where Thor takes Sleipnir and Loki with him, but this was perfect either way.

This is SO GOOD I love how Thor layed into Odin and didn't back down, I really hope theres more to this one day theres always the overflow pages if space is the issue
