I read this last week but didn't leave a reply because I was already gushing to you on AIM about how wonderful it was and how it IS a real fic despite what ever it is you believe. But I read it again because well, it's just that good.
"When two high-profile people disappear for years at a time and then suddenly reappear, it is cause for some concern," Robin said dryly.
I loved the placement of this, and the direct and non-direct things that this implied. In both the situation they're in now and the situation Robin has had to deal with. You know that I'm a sucker for any mention of Robin and her dealings with her not so dead parents. This one just took me right in.
"I'm going after her," he said firmly, heading for the door.
Wait. So how wrong is it that I cheered at this?
