...it's not, like, the full-blown Joker. And it's young!Gambit. And I'm playing fast and loose with every version of canon. Just, y'know, in case you were getting your hopes up.

Completely unrelatedly, am I the only person who spent most of the last decade thinking Neil Gaiman was married? Because I love him and Amanda being together, but I do a mental double-take every time it's mentioned, and wonder if they have joint custody of the children I inexplicably think he has. *facepalm*

I am a Marvel fan. I am used to having the canon twisted around six ways 'til Sunday. I am not worried, unless your story involves time-travel fuckery, and maybe not even then, because I always love your stuff.

Neil got divorced at some point within the past year or so, apparently. I only just learned about it myself--I'd been operating under the assumption that Neil/Amanda was a figment of my imagination, and then BAM. (And yes, he does have kids. His youngest daughter guest-blogs for him sometimes.)
