Well, both my parents assume that, just because it never got delivered, Yellow didn't send it at all.

I know, it's weird coming from them, since they pretty much accepted the fact that I'm in a long-distance relationship...

Eh, even if your parents "accepted" your long-distance relationship with Kristell (although nobody really needs consent for a relationship, haha), parents will be parents. They're going to say bad things about her every now and then, even if you say, get married and give them grandchildren, they'll still do it. You're their son, so it's only natural. They want what's "perfect" for you, and even if Kristell is perfect to you, they won't think so...even if they build a freaking robot that has all the traits they want for your wife.

Assuming the gifts never arrive, can't you file a complaint and keep on filing it until you get a damn good response? It couldn't have possibly magically disappear, so as long as you keep nagging and nagging, they might as well give you Kristell's Valentine's presents, as well. Trust me, that's the only way it'll work...just keep nagging, nagging, and nagging with phone calls and complaints.

Make them long-ass complaints, too. : D
