I'm so glad I grew up with this show. Cheers to the parents who let me watch it when I was little even though most kids I knew weren't allowed. Not that I understood most of it anyways~
Yeah, I was one of those kids not allowed to watch it. I've forgotten how old I was when they finally caved. And the funny thing is we sometimes watched it together after that. I also wasn't allowed to watch Rugrats for some reason. But they caved on that after a while too. In both cases I'm glad they allowed me to watch it while the series was still good. I haven't watched either in quite some time now and I don't think I will watch many newer episodes. I'm just going to let it keep its nostalgic value in my memories.
yeah the newer episodes of the simpsons aren't all that great so I don't watch em either. I never really got a chance to watch Rugrats because we didnt have cable so I watched what the rest of tv had to offer (most stuff like Seinfeld and Family Matters).
