Today was my 25th high school reunion, and our typically disorganized rebel/loser class of 1984 (grin) did not mange to show up in force, so for picture time there were only four of us. Three others ditched out early

Some of them take a bit of prodding, don't they, but once there, oh the fun. It has been my experience that they continue to get better after 25; everyone is fully mature and recognize the good and ready to overlook the bad (if it still shows.)
My 25th is this coming Saturday. I've been on the planning committee. At last count, we've got 37 confirmed attendees (out of a graduating class of about 300). Of those, most are from my homeroom, so I'm really looking forward to it. We're the first class doing it off-campus, at a catering hall in the local golf club. I guess our turnout will determine whether future 25-year events are held back in the cafeteria or not.
Still, I hope you enjoyed yourself with your former classmates.
I just celebrated my 10th last year :x I couldn't afford to go to the dinner, but the informal gathering in the park was very lovely, though a bit smaller than I'd hoped. :) LOL I actually wanted to see my entire class again. I can't think of anybody in high school who made my life miserable. I know that's not really par for the course :O
