I... and more than a few others have been finding journals throughout the city, it seems. some folks have the same ones... but there's at least a few different ones. I haven't spoken to people with journals different from my own yet, but the contents seem to be a series of cryptic clues leading to someone called the "Holder of Song" and warning of the various dangers along the way. I'm going to be heading out this afternoon.

That lady at the clock tower is an odd one.

I'd advise keeping your distance.
Though she doesn't seem overly aggressive.
