And yeah, that's basically what I do in this BLISTERING HEAT!!!! I love summer, I really do, besides the possible sunburns, the insects that are creeping up on me (today I discovered a "harkrank" at a very unexpected place, I flinched, my nerves were killing me, but I killed it eventually) and so, yeah, hence the title

Is also really HOT here in Skåne. My office is like an oven and is really hard to work while watching people outside my office having fun at the grass: playing, bbq-uing, enjoying the sun... :/

Oh, I know the "don't wanna eat" feeling when it's hot, and I hate it, because um, I LOVE TO EAT. XD My advice would be to mainly eat salads, because that always goes down easy even when it's hot. And with salad I don't mean the average boring iceberg + tomato + cucumber svenne-salad but rather random mixes of bell pepper, crisp lettuce, tomato, pasta/cous-cous/bulgur/potato/lentils, olives, small pieces of chicken, tuna, avocado, celery, beans etc. Dress it with lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Anything goes, basically. ^__^

You can make a HUGE batch one night and then keep it in the fridge for several days afterwards. That way you have cold yet nourishing food ready for many days and you don't have to waste time cooking or microwaving either. Also practical for bringing to work. Three thumbs up! :D

Salads are great, for sure, only that the cold and fibers hurt my teeth a little. But I hope I'll manage. We'll see what I'll be doing, if I'll be doing anything at all.... -_- Thanks for the tip though hun! *hugs*

The heat makes me feel weird, and like you I'm not very hungry most of the time o_o Working in this heat has been so hard, as I told you. But the rest of today I'll just take it easy and enjoy the summery weather :) Yay.
