The itch is back

I thought that reaction I had yesterday was just a one time event, but it turns out I was wrong. Today when I was done doing the dishes, my left hand, that I had been rinsing stuff with in cold water, turned very red and itchy. I immediately ran hot water all over it, to kind of stop what was happening and that seemed to work a little
