So yeah, I got a call yesterday from my Dad. I have a psychiatrist appointment tomorrow afternoon, and my mom is gonna have to pick me up because it's in like Burnsville. Totally not prepared for this one. I quit taking my medicine a couple months ago because I thought my prescription had run out in December, because I thought my appointment was

Don't worry about making excuses or being too torn up about the presciption business, you don't know how many times I've done that until I found Wellbutrin, what an awesome med... Anyways, just say exactly what happened and explain exactly why, maybe they can find a better medication or, even better, decide that you're well enough without one.

I'm not sure about the QSU thing, but just so you know Dan, I think you've been doing a good job. I may not know all of it, but considering you always have new news for us at meetings and stuff while all this other stuff is going on in your life is pretty cool to me. And I was really pissed off when I found out that some certain people were putting you down, particularly when they haven't been to one single fucking meeting this whole god damn year!
