Life is generally good!
Planning is going well, work is proceeding fine and I am excited for the long weekend!

It's rare that I get to host people at my place, so getting to do so was nice.

Beyond that, life continues to run decently -- I still work at the best school, the upcoming weekend has some exciting plans in it, and even if there is a PARADE OF STORMS coming our way, it shouldn't actually be all that bad.

Little baby is just learning to smile, sweetest thing I ever seen. Baby chubby cheeks, super chubby, I'm foolishly in love. Older brother gives her kisses and sings to her all the time. I just ordered more chickens for the spring and were trying for bees again. Husband is building a wooden sailboat, so cool!

I'm in San Francisco, and it's beautiful! It's sunny and warm out. I've just left a ton of snow behind. Chinatown is just as fun as I remember it. This city is for real!
