FedEx still hasn't gotten back to me. In theory they're going to talk to the driver and see what he says, or something. I'm not holding a lot of hope at this point, but we'll see

This is so terribly sad and ridiculous that you have to do all of that! But I am amazed at how resourceful you are that "making your own damn circuit board" is a LEGITIMATE OPTION.

Call the company that shipped the stuff, too.

But yeah, wow. I couldn't do a circuit board, nevermind then program it.
