I too had interesting movie choices as a child. I loved Rocky Horror, and I think I was seven. I didn't get half of it until later.
Which is an interesting juxtaposition to my dislike of Glee doing an RHPS segment. I don't know - maybe I have become conservative of late, but I think my main issue is with the public discourse. RHPS is a fringe thing, something that was so preposterous and over the top as to be almost asexual in some regards, and they made it into a giant struggle against The Man and his Censhorship Mobile.
Not only that, but watching two teenagers in cheerleader uniforms singing, "Toucha-toucha-toucha touch me! I wanna feel diiiirty!" as they ran down a school corridor creeped me the fsck out.
