If anyone who has not already volunteered to take part in the comic sketches at the festival would like to do so, please let me know. You do not have to be a student.

To my students, remember, you will be graded based on participation and performance. If you have any questions or need additional help, please let me know.

Perfect. So long as you're not swindling Emil out of his allowance doing "magic" tricks. Is Winry coming?

Now why would I do that? [Just because Emil is gullible and his dad is a doctor. Honestly.]

'course she's coming. She loves family.

[ a soft laugh. ] Of course, Father. As if I need an excuse to come visit. It would be nice to see everyone. Especially after the hectic events of this morning. Were you, too, displaced when you awoke?

I wasn't, but quite a lot of people were. Your Aunt Jilly woke up in the studio, although that isn't too unusual. What about you? Is everything all right?

Oh, everything is fine. You know how I am. Though I did wake up rather farther from the village than I had remembered being. [ The mountains, in fact. That was some trip back. ] But it was little trouble. Is Grandmother alright?

She wasn't affected, either. I ran into her making breakfast that morning, actually. None of us knew a thing was off.

I am looking forward to what you and yours' manage to come up with for this year.

[For once, the icon is accurate - Kennedy can probably hear the faint creaking of guitar strings being tuned.]

So am I, actually. I'm having a bit of trouble getting enough adults to participate.

...You know, children like seeing their teachers make utter fools of themselves.

This should be news to neither one of us, Kennedy.

Though I am surprised that more of the adults aren't joining in.

You are? Then you might not be adverse to volunteering yourself?

Same thing I always do for the festival! [FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS.] But during the festival itself... nope! Not busy at all. And I have been on-stage before. [Even if that was just a small, silly thing--it totally counts. Hey, maybe it was during the last festival.]
