I am so, so sorry to hear about your friend. I imagine that isn't something you can ever fully heal from. Keep writing poetry. It may help sort through your emotions.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Something similar happened to me while I was in college and while he and I weren't lovers, it was still painful. I will be thinking of you and hoping for your heart to heal.
