what are the measurements for the bolero? and is that a very dark/black navy or more of a really dark blue? i'm trying to find something to match my harajuku lover's heels

it's darker than those, more navy.

that pic is actually way brighter than they really are in person too... but you can see they are not a black navy but more of a blue navy if that makes sense. is the bolero more blue or black?
