Look, I'll be honest with you - I've never played another MMO and so don't know how it rates compared to games like WoW or what have you. Plus, this game pretty much had me enthralled when it let me team up with Superman within the first 20 minutes. I may not be the best source of info on this one!
But seriously, I played it for like 2 hours before I had to go to bed so as to not be a zombie at work and it was a lot of fun. I ran through a couple of the early missions - The world map of Metropolis at least is huge and beautifully rendedred. My dude can fly and I spent a long time just shooting him up into the sky to look at everything.
I wouldn't know to be honest with you - I got the thing for this game and haven't really looked into getting anything else. LBP doesn't interest me overly, though I'll probably pick up Sonic 2006 just for the completeness factor being I own pretty much every Sonic game BUT that one.
Oh, I know Cammi was really into the Disgaea games too! I hope you get to play it soon. =)
I do like RPGs - I have something of a prefference toward real time RPGs like Oblivion, but I'll play pretty much any RPG if the story is really good! I haven't heard of that one, though!
Oh! Eternal Sonata (aka 'Trusty Bell' in Japanese) came out for XBox360 the same year as Persona 3. (RPGamer gave Eternal Sonata a higher score. O3o;;;) Uuh, I haven't played it myself (obviously), but I hear good things about it. From what I've heard, it's about Chopin (the famous pianist) dying and dreaming of a different world where only kids with fatal diseases have magical powers. I heard the story, music and visuals are top notch.
Oh, is it just for X-Box? I don't have one unfortunately! Just the PS3. XD I was tempted to get an X-Box earlier last year, but was still wary of the red ring of death scenario. But still, I'll look at it online and see what I think!! =) Thanks for the info!

Hope you get a chance to look into it, Jim!
