I have bouts of depression and experience some or all of the symptoms in that time frame. I am dealing with it now, since I trying to adjust to major changes in my life. Currently, I am doing acupuncture and taking vitamin supplements. It's helping me bring my courage and positivity back a little. Regular exercise helps me too, especially when I am anxious. Still haven't been able to fix being able to sleep. I refuse to take sleep meds.
