Well, no, not really (or if she is I'll be shocked), but I wanted to get in on the spoiler game without really spoiling anything. ;-) But I did want to write down my predictions before I hear any actual spoilers or read the book.

Voldemort is Harry's real father.

Dumbledore is Voldemort's father, which is why Voldemort's family didn't really love him.

Hagrid is another one of Dumbledore's grandchildren, making Harry and Hagrid 2nd cousins.

So how do Severus and Lily fit in?

Harry and Ron finally declare their unspoken love for one another. Ginny, crushed, turns to the open arms of Hermione. Together, they become the first gay couples in all of magicdom (at least from what I've seen).
