I'm a Marcon panelist! I'll be doing Latin American fantasy/science fiction (on my own), Goblet of Fire (Harry Potter), and Into the Wardrobe (Narnia). I'm disappointed that my suggestion for the panel "Deconstructing Dragonlance" was not picked up, and that one of my panels is at the same time as the Erica Neely concert, but other than that, it' ( Read more... )

The buildings surrounding the South Oval should be unlocked, hopefully the event planners thought of the little restroom thing...

High Street will be pretty much the only food option.

Only the main library is closed. there are still several other libraries around. I know the engineer and education library is not too far away. And then the Waxner center and Weigal should always open for the other evens as well. They all have bathrooms.
I have my ID to get into my building. Never really need to bother with these.
So where will the fair at? I might bring my friends to go check it out.

It takes place between the former student union on High Street and Mirror Lake (the south oval.)

I'll miss you at Marcon; Tom and I will be in Florida all that week. But I'll get to see the storytelling tomorrow! Are you going to be doing your thing at set times and places, or just wandering around?
