I'm voting for it. My thinking is that a yes vote only authorizes a convention to review the constitution and make recommendations. Any changes will still need to be put to a state-wide vote. And enough weird provisions have made it into our constitution that I think a review is warranted.
There are two arguements against. 1) It will cost money to hold the convention and generate lots of ballot issues to be voted on in a future election. 2) Fear that various factions will propose amendments that you don't like.
