The offer of our van is still out there and I can probably help with lifting and the like as long as I can manage things in a shortish amount of time (3 hours ish?) so I can get back to feed Dare.

The drive from Columbus to Oxford is 2 and 1/2 hours; the drive from Oxford to Yellow Springs (which is nearish to you) is 1 and 1/2; I'm not sure what the drive from Dayton to Columbus is (maybe one hour?).

You are certainly welcome to bring Dare with you; but I understand if the whole thing is too much to juggle. I appreciate your offer.

Bringing him in the van is problematic as he needs a back seat which I will have to remove to fit the bookshelves. The van is available even if logistically I can't help though. Fairborn is a little south of Yellow Spring and probably more on the way to Columbus if you are taking 75 to 675 to 70. We are right in the 675/70 corner. It's a minivan where the seats come out/ fold up with an automatic transmission, very easy to drive and it's insured for other drivers (although I'd prefer it be someone I know.)

I'm not comfortable driving a moving van that distance, but I'm willing to pack and unpack on either end.

Haven't been keeping an eye on JL lately, my foot is doing better, not quite sure "moving heavy furniture ready" but at least "driving my truck to Oxford and back ready."
