Farewell to Guiding Light

After 72 years on the air, the Guiding Light has been extinguished. The soap opera began on the radio, and moved to television when that medium became mainstream. It was the first soap opera to have a cloning storyline, and I believe the first soap to have a superhero. Until you posted this, I completely forget how I found the name Reva for the main character of my novel.

Also, I still think you should move forward with your soap opera Tarot website. :)

Maybe I should do Smallville characters; or CW characters in general. Next time I'm in Columbus we can do a Smallville reading. ;-)

That would be awesome. Unfortunately, I've gotten behind in my Smallville viewing. *Hangs head in shame.* But we're getting new episodes starting this week, so I'll pick it up.
