Good catch. ;-) Someone posted it in a pro-Clinton blog, and I thought it was fitting.

I really wish I could get back to the place where I was excited that of the four best Democratic contenders, the only white man was Dennis Kucinich. It's incredibly cool that we'll have an African-American president, and of course I'll vote for Obama rather than McCain. I just can't get over feeling angry and heart-sick at the rampant sexism, misogyny, and general unfairness that characterized this election.

I saw her (Maya Angelou) on Larry King Live tonight. She read a little bit of this poem, and talked about political type stuff.
