Ideas for a friend's make-up (i'm helping her tonight)

My friend is gonna be red ridinghood & wants help with her make-up. Now, traditionally she should do something fairly natural and "fresh". BUT she's made it sound like she wan'ts more "flare" than that. So... here are some ideas I've been finding online (I'll add to this at will today).

wow, thanks. That's a big compliment. But dealing with people in hollywood isn't really something i wanna do. ;-) Plus i'd probably need more formal cosmetology training. (which i've considered doing....)

I like the second one, with the way that the lines flow, it's interesting without being SO over the top.

Yeah, the 2nd one is pretty cool. I was trying to figure out if i could make it more subtle and just use it as "inspiration". I mean, i probably COULD make it that dramatic... but... i donno. I'll have to see what my friend thinks when she comes over tonight. Thanks for your input!

I like the 4th idea (the 5th picture actually). I think it would suit her face as well.

I like the forth as well. Though i'm not sure about the yellow... I could omit it though.

Personally I like the second one. Although, if I put black anywhere near my eyes I always look like I got punched in the face! lol.

I think it's pretty darned cool looking. As for the "black eye" look, if you have the contrast of the white and the color around it I don't think it would look like you had gotten punched in the face. ;-)

your 'friend' should go with the wilder makeup. your friend should also wear the low cut Red Riddinghood costume.

IF you think i'm using the word "friend" to mean ME then you're wrong... just fyi. ;-)

And yeah, i think it's a sexy costume... At least what she's told me about it sounded sexy.

If her make-up comes out really well i'll take pics of that. And i'll be taking pictures of EVERYONES costumes tonight. ;-)
