cayenne is actually good for a lot of things if I remember correctly.

If I were you, I would boil a pot of water on the stove. Put about a tablespoon of Vick's Salve in it and then hold my head over it and breathe the vapors.

There's been all sorts of research on it dating back at least back to the early 1980's sorry I can't cite any particular research site
try googling capsicum and pain relief

Actually invaderxan posted this once my head cold had moved into my chest... and it helped to clear my head along with my chest, so I'd say it's worth the effort to make.

Also, the vapors are great to inhale so I found. :)

And the cayenne pepper is a good addition. ;)

Hmm... okay. I'll have to remember it for the next time. I definitely had help from musinex and my allergy medication.... but in the future I'll keep that in mind.
