Omgyes these are AMAZING *___* You're such a multitalented maker, I love how you master anything from elegant minimalism (4, 31) to really complex stuff (2, 22). Also whoa at the colorful lighting in 28, that is a superb icon alright ♥ Love the composition of 18 too and the 14 & 15 are incredible and really impressive cause red monochrome usually comes out all harsh and eye-sorish (...from me anyway .__.) yet these are so smooth and even soft and have this super pretty lightingy look and everything is just perfect. And 26 is totally another one of my favorites, what a stunning crop and the super muted contrast & vintage coloring = flawless!
(It's such a shame that we don't share any fandoms at all! Except for Farscape I think. If I watched Teen Wolf or Hannibal I'd use like 50 of your icons :D)
♥ Thank you so much! It means a lot that you would consider me "multitalented." Sometimes I feel like I'm really predictable in my style. I'm actually embarrassed that 14 and 15 are next to each other and have pretty much the same color thing going on. I made them at different times because I work with battle caps in a completely random order and then they ended up being next to each other and I was too lazy to move them around when I posted, lol.
It's funny because I actually have a lot of fandoms but just end up making so many Teen Wolf and Hannibal icons. Way back when at my old icon comm, I iconned Doctor Who all the time and now it's been actual forever since I have.
These are absolutely gorgeous! #7 is just, all kinds of fantastic. The lighting and shadows work so fantastically with the crop, and the splash of colour with the subtle texture that's happening is just, holy crap perfect. It creates such a perfect contrast! I love the negative space and lighting of #16 as well, and the composition and contrast of #22 is truly beautiful. The crop of #24 is just, wow, and I loooooove the contrast and shadows in #27. Stunning stuff!
