you're icons are always so perfect. your cropping is just to die for. my cropping skills aren't the best :(

Aww, thank you! And cropping isn't that hard. All it takes is experimentation, thinking about what the most interesting or balanced part of the image is, and/or thinking about the rule of thirds if you need to. :) That and using HQ images for close crops. You can do it!
