Ice cream?

I hear the ice cream man. It's almost 8pm and it's been dark over an hour. Not to mention it's cold outside! Why is the ice cream truck parading at night after dark when it's cold? How much business could he possibly get? It was so cold this morning that it straight up smelled like winter
