Oh thank you. :) Well, I try to find only HQ pictures for my icons & I won't sharpen the picture at all. Also I add more screen layers than dark or soft ones.

I do the same, I mean I crop the pic and don't sharpen it at all if it's HQ of course.
So you use color layers set to screen, right? Cause I'm curious about such beautiful clear icons, and somehow I cannot really figure out how to achieve this effect. :)
