Hahahaha XDDD The last part was great XD I *know* that it's a bit unfair to laugh at that, but oh well, Roy DOES deserve it. Also, Ed had forgiven him waaaaaaaaay too easily, so it's only right that he gets to rub his nose into his faults now ^^ Thought I actually have to say that what he was saying could backfire at him. I mean... what he and Al had done... that was a very well kept secret too... A secret out of necessary, but maybe Roy should remember him that secrets are just sometimes not really avoidable.
I really think it was good that Roy had his breakdown now too. Though I'm kind of sad that Ed wasn't there for it. But oh well, can't have everything XDDD
I like the Lieutenant XD I kind of hope that he will pop up again, though seeing that you didn't give him a name I doubt it *sighs* Sad, really sad... he and Ed probably could drive Roy even more crazy XD I can really imaging him being a really good friend to Ed.

I think Ed has had enough time to realize that he does love Roy.

Roy was wrong and they both know it.

Roy wanted to protect his child and then was unsure of how to make everyone happy.
I think this more matured Ed is look at all sides of this relationship.

Plus he has to be ready to accept Liam, Karen will not be allowed to have him.
Roy will not let him go so Ed has to decide if he is ready to be a step parent to Liam.

I don't think it was too easy I think Ed just realized what was at stake and what he would be losing.

Yeah, He does love Roy, and he's getting there, as far as accepting being a step parent. Not there yet, but getting there.

Oh, it isn't quite a full forgiveness. It's more that he knows Roy needed to believe he wasn't going to fail. A more mature Ed.

As for the secrets, if the truth of what a human transmutation causes/costs had been out there, Ed and Al may never have done the transmutation because they would have known it might have cost them their lives. Izumi never told them. Secrets end badly. Or cause separations of the brothers, in this story.

Glad you like him. I haven't decided whether to give him a name or not.

Yay for Roy taking command! And for the two of them starting to connect. I'm sure they're still going to have a lot of talking to do once things have settled down, but at least the foundation is there.
Hmm, I don't think Ed's statement can be taken blanketly, but I can understand his reasons.

Glad you liked this. Ed probably can't make that statement quite to cover everything, but a lot of things could have been better or worse if not a secret, government or otherwise.

very good, things are turning nicely. I'm likeing the mystery lieutenant as much as Ed is!

oh, and theres an is that I think is meant to be his, in the part wehre it changes from Ed's POV with the Lieutenant to Roys POV watching Ed with the lieutenant.
