I really liked this part, it is a nice wake up call for both of them.

Ed needs to be home and Roy needs him home.

As for the kiss... GO ROY! XD While I'm *still* pissed at him beyond belief, this also did show very nicely that there still *is* something between them :D And I have complete faith in you that you'll manage to let them work it out :D That you let Ed even kiss back (and HOW he kissed back... XD) was a big step in the direction I want them too XD (I honestly thought he would hit Roy again at first XD""")
The explanation around the array is really interesting, and I love how you combine the alchemy with their conflict :D

Big brother!Havoc is so cute ^^.

It had to happen eventually, there's too much feeling between them. It already tipped over to anger and violence once, so what's left is, of course, passion.

Looks like Ed hasn't quite learned about keeping secrets...
