[Akihiko looks around the hallway upon hearing the cat's roar, a bit confused by the sound and its source. He's just come back from a run around the mansion, and is breathing heavily.]

[Kind of like a house cat. A really big, intimidating one.]

Akihiko. What should I call you?

Akihiko. I am called Bagheera.

Nice to meet you. I'm guessing you're new around here.

Yes. When I awoke this morning I was in the Jungle, but shortly after I was here. You are the fourth member of Man-kind I have spoken to in this place.

We're all not sure how we get here or why we're here, so it's going to be hard to figure out how to get back.

Most of the people in this house are human, but there are other types of creatures too.

[He tips his head to one side.]

Oh? What sort of creatures?

There are grey-colored people with horns called trolls. They're a little strange, but some of them are nice.

There's the Dormouse and Cheshire Cat too, but they're from this place, apparently. We don't see them much for some reason.

Grey Men with horns?

[He goes a little blank as he pretty much imagines cattle walking around on their hind legs and wearing clothes...]

You are not the first to mention this "Cheshire Cat"...

Usually when those two appear, or a girl named Alice, something strange happens to the mansion.

[He looks at Akihiko very seriously.]

An... Event? Which alters your memories and is like being tortured?

[Pretty much everyone he's met has mentioned events and then gotten all angsty at him. He's getting quite concerned...]

[Akihiko handles it a bit better. Sort of.]

Yeah. Well, a few of them weren't too bad. The mansion takes someone's memories every few weeks. But before it does, it uses their memories to change this place.

No problem. [He slowly climbs to his feet and dusts his backside and pant legs off.]

Do you have a room to stay in yet?

I have claimed one, yes. It is on a high level, but not the top. The female Man-cub called Rei has agreed to help me establish my room. Somehow we are going to make trees be in it.

[He's pretty excited for that.]
