I'd ask, but the reactions lately aren't making it a big mystery.

I think the big question now is how to keep a repeat of those that string of murders happening again. Throwing his ass back in jail comes second, if stopping him will be just as good if not better.

Good question. Locking him up most likely won't do any good, but the only person who knew how to stop him vanished a ways back.

Then what about the ones that he plans to go after? As long as they are not left alone, then there is still a chance that more can be done to stop him, or at least slow him down until we are able to figure something out all over again. We need to get them out of danger, one way or another.
