Iron Man 2

I went to see Iron Man 2 today. In a quick, non-spoilery word: fun. I was highly entertained, and I think if you enjoyed the first one you can expect to like this one too. Thumbs up from me. Don't have a huge amount to comment on this time, and there were a few plot elements that I managed not to pick up by fandom osmosis in my unspoiled state

I watched it last week and thought the same! Fun movie. Plot wasn't brilliant, but I loved pretty much all of Tony, Pepper and Rhodey's moments.

Yeah - to be honest, all I ask of the plot of a comic book movie is that it be relatively coherent and not get in the way of the character stuff, so I was quite happy. I really liked how they handled everyone's relationships to Tony, so you had Pepper and Rhodey off doing their own thing and being ultra-competent and not taking any crap, instead of them just being his sidekicks and getting pulled along with him. It was great fun.

Oh, cool! I figured it would hit YouTube sooner or later, but I wasn't expecting quite this fast. My crappy dial-up internet is being extra crappy today, but I will bookmark that for later. Thanks!
