Sunday was grand! We met downtown to take a bus to the ferries about an hour away, then we boarded this giant passenger ferry to the Aran Islands. Once on land again, we rented bicycles. Wednesday the 20 WU international students and our professor Charlie left Galway for Carraroe, a small village about an hour away, where we took a five day intensive Gaelic course.  I stayed with 6 other girls in the home of a woman named Paeg, and had class every day from 10 until 4.
