25-went to Disney one last time with the guys. It was magical :)
26- packed the rest with the guys and. Rodriguez. Went to physical therapy in Laguna for the last time. She totally massaged all the pain and stiffness out of my shoulders, but it made it pretty tender an painful throughout this trip so far.

I have a major pressure headache from work earlier so I'll give this post jut the basics.

Nov 3 Saturday- worked early and got off early and we left for Vegas. Long drive. Slept through the extra hour from daylight savings.

I haven't updated in a couple of days. I mean, there isn't much to update; despite that I worked every day and so did Chris which means we wake up, take everyone to work and grab food and then pick everyone up from work, come home, sleep and start over. Saturday the 20th- went to work. Hung with Gatlin at the dubliner when I got out and then met Rodriguez for a movie that I totally fell asleep in.

Physical therapy went well I suppose. A little painful, but I assume it's not going to be easy. So I've just gotta do my routines every day that my pt recommended. I'm going back next Tuesday. Got an at home thing she's makin me do. I was pretty sore after my pt, but If it helps with my recovery then I'm for it. Had a super headache after it though ( Read more... )

So I'm feeling a little less pain in my shoulders but my chest is pretty persistent with the ache. I am going for a gm position so I hope this injury won't hold me back.
