Jazz has been out and about, mapping the surrounding area of the Autobot base, comparing it with what he remembered of the Iacon in his memories and with this strange old/new place. While he loved finding new and interesting things, this was just too odd even for him. And not in a good way. The similarities were enough that the area was familiar, but other things would stick out that was just jarring.

Shaking his head as he walked out of yet another empty building, Jazz jerked his head towards the direction his sensors were picking up an unknown Cybertronian heading towards the base.

"Ah wonder who's shown up now?" Muttering to himself, Jazz hopped up a ledge to get a better vantage point.

Verity was trying really hard not to touch Ironfist's tantalizing control panels. It was probably, you know, rude. She's flown the Wreckers' ship before but, yeah, this would be kinda personal.

And she didn't want to upset Ironfist by getting too pushy, you know? So...she was just sitting on her hands. Just to be safe. Just to resist temptation.

"Doing fine. Any idea where we're headed? And...does any of this look familiar to you?"

Verity messing with Ironfist's controls would have been awkward for sure. He'd never had to infiltrate a planet like Earth where they allowed humans to pilot them, and really this was his first time having someone inside him. It was probably a really good thing that he wasn't putting too much thought into it.

"Well, yes and no... I never spent much time in this part of Iacon before, but, um... I spent the last few days doing video surveillance and I kinda memorized a lot of things, so I know where we're going..." He trailed off, thinking to himself how odd that would sound, and how odd it actually was. But hey, he wouldn't have known she'd arrived if he hadn't been doing that.

A spark signature popped up on the edge of his sensors, and he ground to a halt, trying to get a better read on it before he continued. "We have company... hold tight."

Jazz hummed thoughtfully as he tried to decipher the signal popping up on his sensors. It clearer now that Ironfist was closer and it read 'Autobot', but a the same time not like any Autobot signal he was most familiar with. Rather like a lot of the other Autobots at the base that he was mostly not familiar with. And so it was most likely no one he knew, Jazz thought disappointed, and vented some air in frustration. It would have been nice to actually meet someone he knew for once.

Still, he should be polite and actually greet the other first.

"This is Autobot Jazz. Who goes there?"
