Yeah, I've heard of the cupcake ban, goes with the ban on transfats. Parents can't be trusted to parent their kids any more (there is always one parent who sends kid to school with a cupcake for breakfast, a peanut butter sandwich and cupcake for lunch and another cupcake for afternoon recess) so they have to make legislation banning it. Stupid bad parents.

i agree with that person on the thread who made the comment about the nanny state.
good lord, do we have to legislate EVERYTHING? you know, maybe "liberty" is the ability to make bad choices or eat cupcakes.
