You beat me to "Moondance" so I'm going to have to go with "History Repeating" by the Propellerheads. Because I'm going to go out in one clever, theatrical ending. Probably shortly after heisting a casino or getting tasteful revenge. It leaves plenty of time for a car chase.

Without giving this much thought, the first song that jumped into my head was American Analog Set -- Using the Hope Diamond as a Doorstop. This song has always reminded me of journey-ing and filled me with optimism, so I may have to go with this.
