Then I played an okay game. I was sehr tired after the first 5 minutes and by the end I was dead tired and then in the last 5 minutes "it" happened.

Maybe you need to find a new hobby to occupy yourself while in a cast. My suggestions are: knitting, Rex Tae Kwon Do, papier mache, cookie baking competitions, or cheese curdling. I wish your wrist a fast recovery. The rest of you...well, it will take a lot more than a cast to fix that. Just kidding! Feel better.
