thanks for posting. i am looking to get some plastics done in 2010 and i am probably going to go to mexico (much cheaper!), but i'd like to consult with a surgeon or two in this area as well. i never see postings on here about plastic surgeons and i don't know anyone whose had work done, so i will be watching this space...
