So I went to see OotP last night! (And didn't get around to writing down my impressions til today, as we didn't get in til the wee hours and I was tuckered out.)

My Random Impressions of the movie:

You will really like Luna, methinks. I don't know where they found that kid, but she rocked it. ♥

Evil could have taught good quite a bit about dressing dapper in this movie, for real. Mmm.

:D I thought I was the only one who caught Aberforth and the goat, that was so funny! I also like the way they stuck Percy in there. There were a lot of minor things like that that just showed fantastic attention to detail and respect for the novel. Sirius definitely seemed naked in the train station, I was actually a little beside myself about that! And yes, Voldemort, Draco and Sirius were all quite deliciously attired in this film! I want to see it again too, you always catch things the second time around and this time it won't be the crack of dawn!

Aberforth and the goat made our entire group - most of a row - cackle with glee. (Granted, we were cackling through most of the movie.)

I adored all the minor details they had floating around! This one - maybe it's just because I just saw it and am in the first flush of adoration - seemed to have a lot more of that background stuff happening. And all the hilarious expressiveness of people in the background! I am so glad I'm not the only one who thought Sirius was having a bit of naked time!

I too cannot wait to see this movie again. :D

BUT. Was it my imagination, or when he snuck to the train station, was he naked, conjured up a furry pimp jacket, then put it on once Harry arrived? Because he wasn't wearing a shirt under there, and there was that flash of light, and and... It was questionable.

I was thinking the same thing! He didn't have anything on under that robe O.o

That seemed very sketchy. McGonagall never needed to strip to be a cat, after all.

I don't even want to think about naked McGonagall parading around *shudders* But more to the point, neither did Sirius in PoA.

And we should! Also, we need to plan midnight release. Right now we're thinking maybe a movie beforehand (I'm up for OotP again, but I'm obsessive like that.) since there's nothing much else to do here.
