The animation quality is mediocre because of how smooth the characters move and how consistently they are drawn. If you compared the show with something like Chiharyafuru, you can definitely tell that SIH's budget is a lot lower.
Ringo is still there, but no longer the central focus. I think the show is getting more interesting. :)
Now that you mention it, yes, I think the animation could have been better (even if I still think it's not horrible). Thanks for pointing it out for me!

Mawaru Penguindrum... I gave up on it because of Ringo. Could you please tell me if she's gone? Because that will make me want to watch MP again XD
