LJ's huge-arse ads

Is that annoying splash/video ad popping up on all livejournal user sites? or only the ones where people are using the account-type where they allow ads (even if you are logged-in)? Those ads are very annoying since they prevent you from viewing a site until the ad stops playing...and the x button doesn't work properly.

Hmm I do see some ass-ugly ads if I'm browsing plus accounts while not logged in, but no pop-ups so far. o.O

the one i kept running across was a bestbuy popup video, but it's not on everyone's page. i'll just continue with skimming my f-list. :/
