Yep, Queen Victoria shows up in the Kuroshitsuji manga. I was hoping she would appear in this arc, but sadly no. I must warn you that this arc is the first deviation from the manga and many of us watching were horrified having witnessed ep 8.
I'm just curious as how she is portrayed, so I hope she shows up sometime.
I'm going to try to avoid the manga for now. I already spoiled and disappointed myself when I went ahead in the Nabari no Ou manga, and then hated most of the anime because of all the changes, so I'll see if I can enjoy the anime as is. Definitely want to come back to the manga after it is over. :)
